Trading standards should be made aware of the promises made by owner to groups pre booking hotel abd months later the owner suggests a double booking totally unacceptable and unprofessional service
Lovely breakfast, room was a bit small, but clean
A short over night stay, forth time here. Rooms always clean, quiet. Breakfast is good. Coming back here for hogging the bridge.
Great location, friendly staff & a good breakfast.However we stayed in room 1 which is right on the street which doesn't give you any privacy & I think that it is over priced for such a small room.
A table was already broken in one of our rooms when we checked in but they've still tried to charge me 150. It's a tatty table and definately world not cost that to replace, never mind repair.No discussion, just an email to tell me that they've charged the card I checked in with.Disgusting... Would not recommend
