Fantastic interpersonal care, Lovely staff, warm welcoming attitude. Such a shame that there are no appointments available, no followup services from the doctors. No referals made when agreed and they are incredibly forgetful of their ongoing tasks as a practice. I have seen several members of their team over the past year and each time, a plan of treatment / referal / ongoing care is agreed.... I do my bit - but sadly they fail repeatedly to do theirs.If you can staple your doctor to his or her desk and MAKE them fill in their forms, supervise them while they make their phone calls and ask for results etc when you're in their office, then I would recommend this approach. If you leave and they have a to do list in relation to your care - they will without question forget to complete their tasks and create significant unnecessary delays in urgent front line care services.You can do so much better Vauxhaull!
