FUMING!!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff Friday afternoon as I went to pick up my new glasses. I arrived at the store to not only realise that it wasn't open because there was 0.1cm of snow on the ground. I had travelled all the way from Kenya to pick these up and after my 21 day journey, it was CLOSED. Being from the heart of Eastern Africa I had not packed well for my journey. I was wearing my only robe that I had accompanied from the Tesco, across the road. It was made of plastic and did not cover a lot. However I was determined not to go away and give up to these icy conditions. I am now going to be set up camp on Pwllmeyric hill waiting for Monday morning to arrive so I can collect my glasses. GOODNIGHT
One of the Trainees was very energetic and friendly and immediately I felt very looked after, Special and welcomed by his efforts and helpfulness towards me. He said he had only been there for 2 months and it felt like he has worked there for much longer then that.I was going to purchase glasses elsewhere but himself and his supervisor helped me find the perfect glasses for myself at evan more great value. The customer service I received could not be any better and I am very thankful
Amazing service! All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Clearly a lot of time has gone into patient care and customer service. I would visit again.
Woeful customer care. Wouldn't do the smallest thing to help me out having just given them hundreds of pounds for new glasses. I will be writing to their manager. I advise you not to go to this franchise. Other opticians are available.
Stacey was super helpful and ensured everything was super easy getting my first pair of specs. Great store with really helpful staff. Even when I collected my glasses the store was short staffed but the quality in service was still fantastic. Thank you
