What a great shop and an amazing set of staff, I was having real issues with my phone and was getting really fed up with it, it was Lewis that sat me down, resolved all the issues and as I was looking to upgrade anyway, sorted me out with a new phone for a great price that suited my budget, amazing customer service! well done O2 Chepstow, your staff are a credit to your store!!
