Excellent service from the staff in the office, 24 hour access which is perfect for me, can come and go as i please and the security is second to none. friends of ours had a storage unit with storage giant in newport, they moved because they increased their prices twice and the staff their were rude and unhelpful and stored with wjw, we signed up for a storage unit after our friends recommended them, 2 weeks later wjw had a discount price and they called us and told us they were decreasing our monthly fee to the new prices, my friend also had his fee changed to the discounted prices and i have spoken to other customers at the facility and they also did the same for them. I can not recommend them enough.
based on first impressions, looks very safe and secure.. the staff were extremely helpful and the storage space is sized perfectly.. very professional i must say.
Good knowledge of the storage, didnt know what size i needed so took their advice. they had it spot on. took minutes to sort out and the place looks great. very impressed
Stored in the Cwmbran facility and moved to the Chepstow one because it is closer to my home. Both facilities are excellent. Clean, safe and the staff are so helpful
