The staff had no initiative with coming to us quickly, as well as never having the products we need. We understand that they need to order medicines in sometimes but they have horrible communication and never tell us of any alternatives to use in the meantime. It is as if none of the pharmacy assistants or workers actually know what any of the medicines are.
