Never ever got what u want even down to the most basic stuff just as well shut down and stop wasteing peoples journeys
Amazing store, very helpful staff, always able to get what we need for our reptiles, even the horses, if they don't have it in they always go out of their way to order it next day, really pleased to have this store so close to home, thanks guys,
Went to buy some fish for my tank today, will not be buying them from this place thats for sure. Every tank was dirty, not a lot of choice of fish (that were alive!!!!) at least have the decency to take the dead fish out of the tanks! This place has gone down hill as far as a aquarium centre. When was the last time this place had an inspection?!
One of the guys who works there is knowledgeable and all the staff are friendly and helpful, but every time I go there I see numerous dead fish and the a lot of the fish look very unhealthy. The reptile section is always empty and I'm pretty sure the sugar gliders are imaginary.
Unfortunately I have not experienced good customer service today. If you have any issue with your purchase of aquatic fish, please make sure you phone and tell them straight away as despite being a long standing customer,I've been informed there is no refund for my very dead fish that lasted less than 3 days. I shall be taking my business elsewhere in future. :-(
