Personally do not even deserve a star!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. So rude. I am a regular but will not be after tonight. Was hung up on 4/5 times! When trying to make an order. Not happy at all. The person on the phone was disgustingly rude.
These guys have been breaking into peoples homes to leave leaflets around Chepstow. Incredible. Reported to the police.
Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Food ain't bad either.
Usually love o yes, had one of the new workers in the yellow/gold car deliver our food was very rude and was screaming at my girlfriend as we didnt hear the door being knocked and started swearing. Chicken wasnt as good as it use to be either, no apology from the man just stormed off swearing.
