Doctors and nurses are lovely. The only thing that seems to be a common problem is the receptionist, they are so rude when they answer the phone and don't listen I had to repeat myself 3 times on the phone. I even had a receptionist interupt me. If I spoken to any customers like that in my work or even colleagues I would be getting a disciplinary maybe there should be empathetic people answering the phones especially if there are vulnerable people calling.I've been to sedbury town gate practise and wish I could go to that one but I'm not allowed the receptionist there is lovely and again doctors and nurses are exceptional.
