I am extreamly disappointed with the customer service of the gym. I have been a gym member for a year and payed with no problems until I had to cancel my membership as I had to move over 100 miles away. I got told when I signed up that if I need to cancel at any time then I could do with proof of my address, which I did as long as it was 50 miles or more. But it didnt work like this, after contacting them and being told I have to pay for a month up front of 24.99 and 15 late fee (I called up and cancelled first then cancelled the DD) Im really disappointed in the service that was provided and will not be using the gym again.
I absolutely love this gym, staff are really friendly and helpful when needed, the classes are amazing. Would definitely recommend to any body !!! #welovethehub

Amazing gym. Has something for everyone and always strives to treat everyone with dignity and respect. Amazing equipment and classes that cant be beat. Makes a lovely change to all the big corparate companies. The gym offers rented space for additional classes that are not part of the hub but i love the fact that they only offer this to respectable buisinesses that strive to achieve the same goals they do. At times this can result in a change to who rents this space but this is only ever a positive change which ensures that the hub is always a positive and fantastic place to go
