The friends I ordered flowers for hadn't moved in on the date I specified. Deacons went to so much trouble, they tried re-delivering, then left a message to get in touch. They kept in touch with us all through, letting us know what was happening. Eventually our friends received their flowers, which they said were absolutely beautiful. First class service. Thank you.
