After a year with 2 missing crowns I have just had 2 new ones with Mr. Quiney. Yet again another excellent job , first appointment for prep 30 mins , 2nd one 10 mins ! they are a perfect fit . Thank you , I can chew again . Next bit - new veneers !!
After searching for an Nhs dentist for almost 4 months we came across Beaufort park dental surgery, at first I was sceptical as I've never been one for the dentist however doctor Thomas and his fabulous assistants made me feel comfortable straight off the bat. Both appointments were performed with no hitches, No confusion as to Cost, No hidden charges, amazingly fast waiting list(I was seen within 5 days of registering).. All in all a top notch practice.
Have had problems with a filling I received 2 weeks prior, was called by the clinic to arrange a booking, the receptionist seemed rushed and annoyed when I explained about the problem and how I would be requiring treatment way before the dates she was recommending. I had to suggest myself that it would be better if she calls me when someone cancels as I am in pain and needing treatment asap. She told me if I needed emergency treatment I could only get seen for 10 minutes? I didn't really understand. Not helpful at all. I'm sure she didn't mean to be so abrupt and rude, but she was- and it made me feel unheard and upset.
Having not been to a dentist for a long time everyone I have seen has been very understanding. Hollie is amazing so patient, highly recommended for anyone who has nervous issues
Check up overall was fine, but dentist performed services at extra cost without my knowledge and I was not asked to pay for that service before leaving the surgery. I then received aggressive letter stating that I owed them money. I do believe I should have been asked if I was happy to pay, before performing the service. I should have also then been asked to pay the charge before leaving the surgery instead of receiving letters with added administration fees.
