I cant say how grateful I am to everybody.the service they offered me was one of the best experiences I have received in years. I found myself stuck on the hard shoulder of the motorway after a quick call they had collected myself and my car, replaced the tyre, loaned me a courtesy car, washed mine, kept me informed via text and last but certainly not least offered me a cup of tea. Brilliant people to deal with and they will have my business from now on. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

I can only give five stars. If I could give more I would. Such a helpful garage with excellent customer service. The ladies on reception were super helpful. Calling every step of the way to check prices with me before work was carried out on my vehicle. Then managed to get the vehicle with two new tyres on the the same day and washed my car too.! Fab service better than my usual Mercedes dealer.I am new to the area and found the garage by fluke. So glad I did now both my husband and I will be bringing our cars back here and highly recommend them too. Thanks for your patience, I know I was a tricky customer.Roz and Stewart
Have used this garage for 20 years and am always grateful for the friendly and efficient service and quality of the work. I have never been overcharged or charged for anything to which I hadn't agreed. Friendly, courteous and skilled staff. I highly recommend this business.Once again, saved by this great service. Needed to get my daughter to hospital and had a major problem. Sorted even before the garage opened and heading off in a courtesy car. My wife and myself have never had reason to dislike the service, the quality of work or the prices.
