As far as renting cars goes, about as good as it gets.
Hired a car to go away for a few days. Fairly simple booking process.From then on its a weave on intrigue subtifuge and lies you would only expect in an Agatha Christie novel. Was the tyre punctured by the last customer? Punctured on route to the garage? Slashed by an unknown masked intruder in the night? Damaged with a candle stick by the butler behind the library? All we wanted was a simple answer of when the car would be ready, all we had was excuse after excuse and bad customer service. No other cars available... Blah blah blahCar was eventually cancelled and money returned. When your only service is supply cars for hire and you can't complete this task prehaps it's time for a career change!

I can honestly say I have been happy overall during the past 7 years of using Enterprises hire car services, but recently found their practice of hiking the price up if you happen to walk in off the street and have the cheek to ask to hire a car ridiculous! Am I missing something or is that not what they do?! I was made to feel foolish in the Newport branch and asked to pay nearly 20% more because I hadnt made an online or telephone booking prior. They had vehicles available I should add, they had no problem putting me in a car at short notice, it appears they just wanted to take advantage of me on their doorstep with no mode of transport of my own and 230 Miles to travel to get home. One word, rude!
